We’re on a mission to reduce the poverty premium and provide fair financial services to all workers. Everything we do is in support of this mission. We partner with leading researchers to understand how employers can help improve their teams’ financial wellbeing – and the impact it will have on their business. Our reports and thinking set the agenda for future debate. And we measure the impact of our products so employers can improve their financial wellbeing strategies and get better business results.
Stream operates under a Social Charter, as described in our Articles of Association on Companies House:
“The objects of the Company are to promote the success of the Company: (a) for the benefit of its members as a whole; (b) through its technology, to reduce the poverty premium and help workers improve their financial wellbeing; and (c) through its business and operations, to have a material positive impact on (i) society and (ii) the environment, taken as a whole.”
The Stream Impact Advisory Board (the Board) provides independent, strategic advice to Stream’s leadership team on the fulfilment of Stream’s Social Charter.
