How to build an award-winning savings programme
Savings are the foundation of genuine financial resilience, yet for millions of people, they remain out of reach. The workplace is one of the most powerful channels we have to change that. In this panel session, we'll hear from employers who are making workplace savings work in practice, alongside the person leading delivery of the UK's Financial Wellbeing Strategy. Together, they'll explore why savings belong at the heart of every employer's financial wellbeing offer, what it takes to build a programme that delivers real change for real people, including what's shifted for those involved in opt-out trials - and tackle the hard question: what's still stopping workplace savings from reaching every worker?
