Practical steps, education and support for better financial health
With Coach, people can get their financial health score and understand how to improve it. Coach sends prompts to reduce spending and save money, based on their earnings and spending. Like discounts for their regular shop and benefits they’re entitled to. And they can build their money skills with our newsletters, webinars and articles. Or ask Coach to build them a curated plan.
Members link Stream to their bank accounts using open banking. So all the recommendations, guidance and alerts are based on their own spending and income.
As well as chatting with Coach to improve their financial wellbeing, employees can access extensive education resources, including webinars, articles, guides and our money newsletter. We also partner with Starlight to help them find and claim any government benefits they’re entitled to.
The app sends members suggestions of discounts they can use, based on their spending. So they can save on everyday items and keep on top of the many rewards.
Coach prompts members to use the Claim tool to check they’re getting all the benefits they’re entitled to. And it nudges them to save when they have a little more in their account than usual.
