You’d be joining a team of over 250 passionate, ambitious people - across the UK, Europe and US - building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP Marketing, this is a newly created role that will bring the Stream brand to life across our US marketing ecosystem. This role will collaborate closely with our brand team in the UK as part of a larger global creative team.
This is an exciting challenge to establish brand interest and trust with US enterprise buyers and partners AND stand out in a crowded space. You will play a central role in proactively bringing creative ideas and visual storytelling approaches to the table — contributing to how Stream’s evolving narrative is expressed, and executed across all marketing channels. Ideally you can move across mediums of graphics, photography and video with ease, and are curious and proactive in implementing AI tools.

What success looks like:
3 months: Get embedded in the brand, the team, and the workflow. Audit existing US marketing and sales materials, build relationships with the UK brand team, and establish a shared design process. Deliver your first quick wins — refreshed sales collateral, new event assets, social media direction — so the team feels the impact early. By the end of month three, you should have a clear picture of where the brand gaps are and a point of view on how to close them.
6 months: Own the US brand system. You've built a template library that the sales and partnerships teams actually use, established a consistent visual identity across digital, events, and collateral, and shipped at least one standout campaign or event brand concept. You're the go-to creative partner for the US commercial team and have a strong working rhythm with the UK brand team. AI-assisted workflows are part of how you operate, not something you're still experimenting with.
12 months: Stream's US brand presence is recognizably elevated from where it was when you started. You've built repeatable creative processes that scale, contributed to how Stream's narrative is visually expressed (not just executed on briefs), and have a portfolio of work from this role that you're proud of. You're influencing creative direction, not just responding to requests, and the team can't imagine how they operated without a dedicated brand designer.
Working Policy: We operate a hybrid policy; 3 days a week from our Spring Street office.
Salary: From $100,000 to $130,000 DOE + Equity + Bonus
